Account registration: name, email address, optional Star Citizen handle, password hash, and optional profile image if you upload one.

Technical logs: your browser and API requests may generate server logs (IP address, timestamps, URLs) on the hosting infrastructure.

Local storage: an authentication token may be stored in your browser (localStorage) to keep you signed in.

Providing accounts and authenticated features: performance of the terms you accept when registering (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Security and abuse prevention: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)), balanced against your rights.

Optional analytics or similar technologies: only if you give consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a)); until then, no non-essential analytics scripts are loaded.

Account data is kept while your account exists. You may request deletion subject to the site terms and any legal retention obligations.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, and data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (e.g. AEPD in Spain).

Hosting, email delivery and OAuth providers (if you use social login) act as processors where applicable. List your concrete providers here for transparency.
